MEATliquor Report Record January Trading Figures

As Brits celebrate the end of ‘dry January’, MEATliquor’s trading figures for the month of January confirm detox failure.  Serving up a staggering 63,430 individual buffalo chicken wings and 43,843 burgers across all outposts since January 1st, record numbers validate that January diets are doomed to fail.

The nation over-indulged across the month tucking into MEATliquor favourites the Dead Hippie, Buffalo Chicken Burger and Bacon Cheeseburger.  Peckish for fries, 15,265 portions of fries were plated up while others opted for other fried goodness, with over 2,403 portions of Mac & Cheese ordered in the month of January. Kicking off the New Year with the best intentions, many fall off the diet bandwagon as the nation turns to comfort food to escape the deep, dark winter weather.

Figures reflect trading at MEATliquor London, Brighton and Leeds, MEATmarket in Covent Garden, MEATmission in Hoxton and CHICKENliquor in Brixton.

MEATliquor are set to open in Islington this June. Pulling up in an abandoned Citroen garage in Islington’s Upper Street, the space has played host to many pop-ups in recent years, MEATliquor will once again jump start an unloved space.
