LOFA (Leisure and Outdoor Furniture Association) has issued a new video which explains its LOFAssured initiative.
The video explains how the initiative ensures that LOFA members comply with current government fire safety regulations and further rigorous testing to keep everyone safe in the garden or outdoor areas.
The match test demonstrates the difference between compliant materials and non-compliant materials. All foams, fillings and coverings must be fire retardant to comply with current regulations. LOFA members also adhere to a strict code of conduct alongside these regulations. Compliant LOFA members are entitled to use the LOFAssured swing tags, as shown in the video, on their outdoor furniture.
