AA Hospitality Award winners announced

The winners of the annual AA Hospitality Awards were revealed last night at a ceremony within the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Daniel Clifford, of Midsummer House, was named AA’s Chefs’ Chef 2015, while Robin Hutson, executive chairman of the PIG chain, received the AA Lifetime Achievement award for commitment and dedication to the hospitality industry.

Meanwhile the Hotel of the Year Award winners – which is split into five categories London, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – included Cliveden in Taplow, St George’s Hotel in Llandudno, Rufflets Country House in St Andrews, Corinthia Hotel in London and Galgorm Resort and Spa, Ballymena.

The winners of the 2015 AA Hospitality Awards are:

  • AA Restaurant of the Year for London – Tredwell’s, London

Wine awards

  • AA Wine Award for England and Overall Winner – The Sun Inn, Dedham
  • AA Wine Award for Scotland – Ubiquitous Chip, Glasgow
