Head Chef, Kevin Szalai brings a young, modern and subtle energy to the restaurant with a selection of local ingredients sourced from organic farms and suppliers. With an emphasis on the use of local produce, Szalai creates Austrian specialties from the Vorarlberg region and reinterprets them to offer guests a superior dining experience in the snow.
In the evening, guests can rest and recharge in the wellness area and indulge in the 12.5 metre indoor pool complete with counterflow, waterfall and underwater bubble loungers. To strengthen the body for the slopes, guests can take time out in the sauna, steam and infrared cabin or fitness room before winding down to enjoy a deluxe four-course meal and turndown service in their suite.
