Hilton Molino Stucky Venice Mixes Up an Experimental New Cocktail Menu and Epicurean Event Line Up for Summer 2023

New Cocktail Menu for Skyline Rooftop Bar, Rooftop DJ Sets, Live Music and Al-Fresco Dining Join Summer Offering at Five-Star Property

Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, the five-star hotel and former flour mill on Giudecca island, is delighted to unveil a range of epicurean offerings across the property this Summer. From a brand-new cocktail menu at the Skyline Rooftop Bar to a thrilling roster of special events at the hotel’s various bars and restaurants, there’s no finer destination in the city of canals to indulge in the dolce vita this season.

A New Signature Cocktail Menu for Skyline Bar

The Skyline Rooftop Bar at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice – the highest bar in all of Venice – is shaking things up this Summer with an experimental mix of over 16 new cocktails.

The Signature Cocktails, masterminded by talented Bar Manager Sebastiano Scarpa and his team, are the result of an extensive research of ingredients and different mixology techniques. The new tipples have been designed to perfectly compliment the famous Skyline vibes and accompany special moments at the rooftop as guests soak up the views and enjoy the pool, now open for the season.

The tantalising list of new tipples includes The Gentleman, inspired by the history of famed Venetian and businessman Giovanni Stucky – this cocktail is a twist on the classic martini inspired by the rich heritage of Molino Stucky and its gin, thyme-infused olive oil and pasta. Stucky 1895 Gin takes its name from the last great project of Giovanni Stucky, realised alongside architect Ernest Wullekopf in 1895. Distilled from a proprietary secret recipe, the gin is composed of traditional botanicals such as juniper, Bengal pepper, and citrus peel.

The Tower is a new take on the Bloody Mary with whisky-pleated essence and tequila in a tall glass, recalling the iconic, red-bricked tower of the magnificent Molino Stucky building. Alcohol-free options include Sunnyside, a vegan and zero-waste mocktail crafted with aquafaba, mango and 0% citrus distillate recalling the sunlight-bathed shores of Giudecca Island, and Good Vibes, a sweet and elegant sip made with homemade coconut syrup that is reminiscent of the feel-good vibes and floating vibrations for which Skyline is known. For the ultimate Italian aperitivo, Fusion is a blend of the classic Aperol Spritz, Spritz Select, Negroni and Prosecco, providing a brand new aperitivo experience to ignite the senses.

“We are very proud of our new Signature Cocktail Menu here at Skyline Rooftop Bar,” commented Scarpa. “Our bar has long been held as one of the best spots in the city for visitors and locals alike to watch the sunset and therefore it’s only right that we provide the ultimate mixology experience to match!”
