Fridays, part of newly listed Hostmore plc, has announced the addition of an exciting Tex-Mex range to its new and best-ever menu.

Fridays is tapping into its all-American heritage with sizzling new Tex-Mex menu items including: Fri-jitas, Quesadillas, Tacos and an exciting range of ‘Mex’tras.

The refresh of its classic fajitas, aptly now named Fri-jitas, includes steak and Cajun spiced chicken with the addition of a Meatless Farm plant-based chicken option. Let’s taco ‘bout the all-new soft toasted Tacos with a choice of blackened salmon, beef, chicken and meatless chicken and the introduction of Quesadillas, available with chicken or vegan mushroom and cheese.

Guests have already been enjoying the new dishes with both the chicken Tacos and chicken Quesadillas featuring in the top ten selling dishes in the month of April with the beef Tacos making the top 15*.
