To celebrate the launch of its new Mixers range, Sanpellegrino is proud to announce a partnership with popular Italian food destination and restaurant concept, Eataly London, launching a new Piazza Bar at the heart of the venue for guests to enjoy traditional Italian aperitifs throughout the day. The new range comes as cocktail consumption continues to surge, and popularity of low and no alcohol serves continue to rise amongst UK consumers.
Bringing the feeling and flavours of the Italian Piazza to London the new bar – which is now open for a two-month period to promote Sanpellegrino’s new mixers range – is designed to bring people together the Italian way through the traditional aperitivo drinking occasion. The six premium sparkling drinks are made to uplift shared drinking occasions, whether mixing into a cocktail, elevating a mocktail or serving over ice with a slice; inviting consumers to savour their drinking moments in style. And where better to come together than the UK’s largest Italian food market, Eataly? Whether popping in for an aperitivo or settling down for a night with friends, the new bar provides a vibrant setting for drinks whilst bringing a touch of Italian culture to the heart of the city.
Located on the ground floor of Eataly, the new bar is adorned with fresh Mediterranean inspired touches, lemon trees and bursts of colour, creating the perfect setting to bring loved ones together to enjoy deliciously refreshing cocktail serves. Transport your tastebuds to Italy and enjoy a delicious cocktail, from a carefully curated menu of four bespoke Sanpellegrino serves: including a Milano Ginger Beer, gin-based Wood Collins, the Sanpellegrino Garibaldi and Amalfi Citrus Fizz.
Those looking for a taste of ‘la dolce vita’ will love the dedicated aperitivo evenings, hosted between 5-8pm. Designed to bring the Italian culture to life, the interactive evenings will give guests the chance to learn to mix like an Italian with special guest mixologists, shaking up bespoke Sanpellegrino serves, whilst enjoying a live DJ set and tasting traditional Italian nibbles, curated by Eataly.
The premium mixers range provides mixologists with the superior product taste Sanpellegrino is renowned for thanks to the provenance of its ingredients and Italian flair. Superbly balanced bitter-sweet, crisp and vibrant flavours, presented in beautifully premium glass bottles, the new range includes Tonica Citrus, Tonica Oakwood, Limonata, Aranciata, and brand-new Ginger Beer and Tastefully Light Tonic.
