November 2020, London: This November, Neapolitan pizza legends Pizza Pilgrims are launching their brand new book PIZZA – a ‘pizzapedia’ celebrating everything about one of the world’s most popular dishes. Founders Thom and James Elliot set off on their Pizza Pilgrimage in 2011, researching the world’s best pizza from the NY slice to a Neapolitan made in a frying pan, and PIZZA brings together everything their journey has taught them so far.
