A new benchmark in event hospitality revealed at motorsport’s most iconic circuit

Silverstone’s dedication to industry-leading guest experiences reaches a new pinnacle at the 2026 British Grand Prix with The Vale; the most coveted environment ever created at the birthplace of Formula 1 and the future of ultra-premium race day experiences.
Opening 3-5 July 2026, The Vale redefines what access, comfort, and privacy mean at one of British sport’s most storied events. The multi-million pound investment will create an ultra-premium structure overlooking Vale corner on the Grand Prix circuit, with guest numbers restricted, and access strictly limited to those who join the waiting list at Silverstone.co.uk.
The Vale is designed to evolve each year, bringing new touchpoints in catering, service and experiential moments that push forward what luxury means for discerning guests. By collaborating with some of the industry’s most forward-thinking creatives, suppliers, and curators, Silverstone is set to deliver new levels of premium experience.
The architecture and guest flow, designed in collaboration with multidisciplinary design house Flux Nexus, blends motorsport heritage with modern luxury. Clean-lined interiors open onto expansive terraces with uninterrupted sightlines across the Grand Prix circuit. Guests move fluidly between trackside vantage points, dining spaces and private suites designed for discretion. The space embraces the intimacy of a boutique hotel, combined with the sophisticated ambiance of a private members’ club.
Guests can enjoy a curated experience from check-in to chequered flag, with dedicated VIP access at the British Grand Prix, and the option to include arrivals by chauffeur and helicopter. And as the weekend builds, exclusive DJ sets layer atmosphere into the space; Michelin-crafted menus unfold across the day with exquisite culinary moments built in partnership with high-end caterers Last Supper, part of the internationally-renowned Smart Group; a sommelier-led wine and drinks programme combines with premium bars and mixologists to offer service that is intuitive and unobtrusive.
Complementing the first-class atmosphere is the level of access and trackside proximity The Vale offers those who choose to make Silverstone the highlight of their summer.
Boasting the best views to watch all the drama with a sweeping panoramic terrace situated next to the Formula 1 Paddock, guests overlook both the pit lane entry and final corners. Relaxed viewing decks and refined seating allow guests to absorb the intensity in complete comfort, enjoying flawless table service as they dine and drink, and across the weekend guests connect with Formula 1 drivers and leaders of the sport for intimate conversations. It is the closest guests can be to every second of racing while remaining entirely private – with access reserved for a select few.

From first arrival to final celebration, The Vale is where race day is redefined at its most exclusive and exhilarating.
“For guests who understand the value of access and atmosphere in equal measure, The Vale isn’t just about watching the race. It’s about being exactly where the weekend unfolds,” says Nick Read, Chief Commercial Officer at Silverstone.
“We’re determined at Silverstone to push the boundaries of what hospitality can mean for our guests. The Vale represents a step-change in our premium offering and raises the ceiling of hospitality around the world, combining our commitment to quality with the very best in British creativity and curation for a weekend unlike any other in sport.”

About the British Grand Prix
The British Grand Prix is the UK’s most iconic motorsport event. On 2 October 1948, the Royal Automobile Club hosted the first British Grand Prix at Silverstone, a former RAF base, where an estimated 100,000 spectators watched Luigi Villoresi beat 22 others in his Maserati.
Silverstone also hosted the first Formula One World Championship race in May 1950, won by Giuseppe “Nino” Farina in an Alfa Romeo, in front of King George VI. Over the years, the event has grown from a historic motor racing contest into a full-scale festival of speed, sound, and excitement. Fans can now enjoy world-class racing alongside live music, immersive fan experiences, gourmet food, and entertainment for all ages—making it one of the world’s most sought-after summer sports events.
