HIDE, the Michelin Star restaurant overlooking Green Park has launched a seasonal festive menu. Notable dishes on the menu include Roasted Orkney scallop with buckwheat, golden turnip & black truffle to Roast Yorkshire duck lavender honey & late season figs; savoury walnut praline and Lapis Lazuli. Co-founder and Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous have created these seasonal dishes, which can be paired with wines from Hedonism on Davies Street.
The private dining room, HIDE + SEEK is located on the first floor and offers a private dining experience individually for ten guests, or combined for up to 20 guests, serving menus from the Above at HIDE kitchen.
