The QHotels Collection is expanding its health club proposition with the launch of a new digital healthcare bolt-on, giving gym members access to remote GP appointments, physiotherapy consultations and dietitian support from 7 May.
Delivered in partnership with HealthHero, Europe’s largest digital clinic, the service will be available to health club members for £9.99 per month.
The move reflects a growing trend among operators to integrate healthcare into fitness memberships, as demand rises for more holistic wellbeing solutions and convenient access to medical support. Designed to complement members’ fitness journeys, the service supports a more rounded approach to health by combining exercise, nutrition and expert medical advice in one offering.
Members who opt into the bolt-on will benefit from on-demand access to qualified healthcare professionals via phone or video consultations, supporting everything from illness and injury management to nutrition and lifestyle improvements.
Services included in the bolt-on:
- Remote GP appointments: Access to practising doctors for advice, diagnosis and treatment at convenient times
- Physiotherapy consultations: Support with injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation, including personalised exercise plans
- Dietitian support: Tailored nutritional advice to support a wide range of health goals and conditions
