THE LANDMARK LONDON LAUNCHES NEWLY RENOVATED SUITES

Following a £3.8 million investment, The Landmark London has unveiled its newly renovated collection of Marylebone suites marking the latest in the evolution for the five-star property.

Designed in collaboration with award-winning architecture studio, Alex Kravetz Design (AKD), the 48 suites draw inspiration from the hotel’s British heritage while introducing a more contemporary residential aesthetic intended to evoke the feel of an elegant London apartment. Each suite, either with a city or Atrium view, features an expansive living area centred around a marble-framed fireplace and bespoke bar, complemented by a calm colour palette of blues and taupe. Textured wall panelling, parquet flooring from Italy and handmade Portuguese carpets, tailored upholstery and soft lighting create a sense of timeless luxury.

The newly designed suite collection includes:

  • The Marylebone One Bedroom Suite (60 sqm): A spacious suite with a separate living room divided by French doors, feature bookcase and marble fireplace, offering the ultimate ‘home away from home’ experience. Includes a corner sofa bed (maximum occupancy of three) and interconnecting options.

  • The Marylebone Junior Suite (60 sqm): A sophisticated layout combining a generous seating area with architectural refinement with bespoke furnishings for guests seeking a more relaxed suite format. A defined archway separates the bedroom and living area and a corner sofa bed increases capacity to three people with interconnecting options.

  • The Marylebone Family Suite (60 sqm): Configured to accommodate families, the large space flows from the bedroom, with two Double size beds and a corner sofa bed (maximum occupancy of five), to a separate living room using a connecting archway and features an Italian marble bathroom. Interconnecting options available.

Every stay is further personalised through premium amenities and new guest touchpoints including Dyson hair tools and accessories, welcome gifts, 55–65-inch Smart TVs with Sky and Google Chrome casting, ARgENTUM toiletries and a fully stocked bar area with Cartwright and Butler treats. Stays also include breakfast for two, an additional £80 food and beverage credit per stay and daily soft drinks mini bar.

Alex Kravetz, Founder of Alex Kravetz Design comments: “The Marylebone Suites were conceived as private London residencies. We want guests to feel they are staying in an elegant, private apartment; somewhere personal, layered, and architecturally considered. Features such as the fireplace and bespoke help anchor the suite, reinforcing a sense of home that is familiar and sophisticated yet understated.”

Fergus Stewart, CEO and General Manager of The Landmark London adds: “The significant investment in our suites reflects our on-going commitment to further elevate our five-star property to meet the expectations of today’s luxury traveller. By blending the building’s heritage with a contemporary residential aesthetic, the new suites put the hotel at the forefront of London’s luxury landscape.”

Lead-in rates start from £900 for a Marylebone Junior Suite and from £1,000 for the Marylebone One Bedroom Suite, reaffirming The Landmark London as one of the city’s leading luxury hotels.
