February 2026: As London’s social calendar turns towards longer evenings and high-spirited
nights, Esmeralda’s Mayfair unveils a new destination for after-dark indulgence. Tucked within
the refined surrounds of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, the capital’s newest late-night
lounge is now officially open for public reservations from Thursday, 26th February.

Following an exclusive preview for residents and guests, Esmeralda’s now welcomes the wider
public into a space designed to redefine London nightlife. Open from 8pm until late, Thursday
through Saturday, the lounge delivers a heady blend of live music, elevated cocktails and
indulgent late-night dining – all infused with unmistakable New York energy in the heart of
Hanover Square.
LIVE MUSIC AT THE CORE
The heart and soul of Esmeralda’s is its commitment to live performance. A six-piece resident
band sets the tone each evening with nostalgic soul, funk, and disco, creating a rhythm that
feels both intimate and electric. Between live sets, a DJ carries the tempo forward with
disco-infused house, ensuring the dancefloor energy builds naturally into the early hours.
Unannounced appearances from established artists add an element of spontaneity, reinforcing
the sense that no two evenings are ever the same. Guests may even find themselves seated
beside a family face from the big screen.
Each night concludes with a signature gesture: a complimentary mini champagne served with
every bill, a final flourish before the lights dim.
COCKTAILS WITH CHARACTER
The drinks menu, created by Anna Sebastian Hospitality follows a simple philosophy: classics,
reimagined with character..
London and New York favourites are elevated with subtle theatricality. The Dubai Layover
reinterprets the Espresso Martini with pistachio-infused Belvedere Vodka, tahini and dark
chocolate, with an alcohol-free option available. The Paloma-Politan blends Patrón Silver and
mezcal with grapefruit, cranberry, black pepper and cardamom bitters for a bright yet smoky
twist. Meanwhile, the East Coast Matcha presents a clarified martini with gin, matcha, blueberry
and coconut rum fat-washed with milk into a late-night ritual of its own. For those looking to
extend the evening, curated bottle service ensures the atmosphere remains effortless and
uninterrupted.
LATE NIGHT OPULENCE
The late-night menu leans into comfort classics, elevated with Mayfair polish. House-smoked
Martini olives, NYC-style pepperoni pizzetta, Jersey oysters served on silver, skinny fries with
truffle mayo and a buttery American-style lobster roll form the offering
Signature indulgences include Esmeralda’s truffle-Mornay hotdog, seven-way-cut mini beef
burgers, and the already talked-about Caviar Nugget crowned with 5g of Ossetra caviar.
Desserts remain unapologetically playful, from a towering strawberry sundae to a warm, gooey
fudge brownie.
THE CREATIVE VISION
Esmeralda’s was founded by identical twins Lee & Nicky Caulfield, conceived as a response to
what they felt London nightlife had been missing: a venue where world-class live music, creative
cocktails and genuine sense of atmosphere coexist seamlessly.
Lee began his career in 2009 working closely with high-profile figures including Amal and
George Clooney, becoming a trusted presence within the international celebrity circuit. He
curated exclusive restaurant reservations, entertainment experiences and five-star hotel stays
for A-list clientele around the world.
Nicky Caulfield’s background lies in music. A professional drummer in the West End and touring
musical theatre productions, he later founded Molto Music Group, a live entertainment curator
for luxury hotels, private members’ clubs and global brands across London, including The
Dorchester, Hermès and American Express.
Blending decades of experience across music, entertainment, and luxury hospitality, the duo
has created the sophisticated live music lounge that defines Esmeralda’s.
ARRIVE IN STYLE
From March, Esmeralda’s introduces a private chauffeur service in partnership with Bentley
Motors. Courtesy of Jack Barclay Bentley, guests may book a collection in a Bentley Bentayga
Speed as part of their evening, transforming arrival into an extension of the experience itself.
A CAREFULLY COMPOSED EXPERIENCE
Designed for those who value intimacy, atmosphere and freedom, Esmeralda’s operates a strict
no-photo policy, allowing guests to be fully present. No cameras, simply exceptional music and
considered hospitality.
Much more than a lounge, Esmeralda’s is a curated after-dark experience where music leads,
hospitality follows closely behind, and each evening is designed to crescendo.
Public reservations are now open from Thursday, 26th February.
Enquiries and bookings are welcome.
