HRC is set to elevate its equipment proposition for 2026 through collaborations with Cedabond, the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) and Macintosh Foodservice Consultants bringing leading companies to the show and creating dynamic new features for visitor involvement at the show.

Equipment is a key priority for the show organisers, with a dedicated focus on championing and connecting this vital sector. Through spotlight features on the show floor, curated buyer activity and targeted networking events, the programme is designed to bring operators, consultants, distributors and manufacturers together in one space.
‘Cedabond Village’ and Opening Night Party at HRC
Cedabond, one of the UK’s leading buying consortiums for the hospitality industry, is debuting the Cedabond Village. The Cedabond Village will bring key partners together side by side in one dedicated space, creating a focused destination for foodservice equipment and services. Exhibitors include: Epas; Marlowe Fire; Oxford Hardware; Pastry Gelato; Sammic; Serious Waste Management and Unox. The Village reflects Cedabond’s commitment to shared expertise, creating valuable opportunities to connect, network and share knowledge across the hospitality industry.

FEA Spotlight and Drinks Reception
The FEA Members’ Spotlight Zone is set to be a must-visit feature at this year’s show, Showcasing a line-up of specialist foodservice equipment suppliers including Aqua Mundus, FEM, Krupps, Metcalfe, Precision and Valentine, the Zone brings together a curated group of trusted industry names in one convenient space, making it easier than ever for show visitors to explore new solutions and uncover the latest equipment launches.
The FEA are also hosting a drinks reception on Tuesday March 31st from 4-6pm within the Street Food area of HRC, offering members and operators an informal opportunity to connect away from the stands.
‘Dragon’s Den’ Opportunity with Macintosh Foodservice Consultants
Adding further momentum to HRC’s equipment focus, Radford Chanceller of Macintosh Foodservice Consultants and an HRC Ambassador, will host a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style pitching platform at the show. Macintosh is scouting for innovative suppliers to discuss products and solutions for their clients. In front of a panel of foodservice experts, companies will have the opportunity to present their product and demonstrate why they could be the perfect partner for the consultancy. On Tuesday 31st April pre-show, Radford Chancellor will also lead a curated VIP equipment tour of selected equipment exhibitors across the show, concluding with breakfast on the Unox stand, and he will be hosting the fourth episode of his Kitchen Curiosity podcast live at the show, interviewing key Cedabond suppliers.
