For those couples simply looking for an outstanding meal to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Kanishka has put together a beautiful set menu. This eight-course menu is a celebration of Indian flavours, colours and cooking techniques that Atul and his kitchen team are so famed for.
Begin your evening with Champagne & Snacks – Crab Momo, Lobster Tikka, Oyster Pakora. The king of romantic evenings deserves ‘The King of the Sea’. Continue your evening with Fish – Pan Roasted Turbot, Leek and Kale Bhujia, Bengali Jhol Sauce. Other sensational dishes on the menu include Venison – Spice Rub Roasted Steak, Keema Pie, Spinach and Turnip, Turmeric Cocoa Curry. Of course, the meal ends with Textures of Chocolate. It is Valentine’s Day after all!
