Northamptonshire-based hotel Whittlebury Hall has announced the appointment of Gaurav Varma, who will join the four-star establishment as front of house manager.
Gaurav has a wealth of experience within the hospitality industry and has spent a large proportion of his career working within front of house, reservations and guest relations departments in four & five-star hotels including The Bentley and The Langham in London and The Hilton Watford, as well as serviced apartments Cheval Gloucester Park.
In his new role at Whittlebury Hall, Guarav will be overseeing the day-to-day running of the front of house and guest relations department as well as managing the front of house team.
Gaurav joins the hotel at an exciting time as it has recently been awarded bronze for Best Christmas Corporate Party Venue at the National Venue Awards 2018 and shortlisted as a finalist for the Best Conference Venue (500 to 1,300 theatre) category at the Conference Awards 2018. Whittlebury has also recently relaunched the 2 AA Rosette restaurant, Murrays under new head chef Harvey Lockwood.
