Edwardian Hotels London is proud to announce its exciting new pop-up space in the heart of London’s West End – At The Hampshire Lounge Bar located in Leicester Square. The lounge bar will be partnering with some of the world’s most luxurious brands to offer a selection of bespoke menus. This June, At The Hampshire Lounge Bar will be welcoming its first collaboration with the iconic champagne house, Moët & Chandon, offering a unique selection of food and drink experiences.
The inaugural collaboration will launch on Moët Party Day (17th June), an event which sees Moët enthusiasts from all over the world raising a glass together. Guests are invited to enjoy the new residence with a glass of Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, the world’s first champagne designed specifically to be served over ice, while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style, distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
To celebrate Moët Party Day on 17th June, At The Hampshire Lounge Bar is hosting a duo of signature teas, paired with Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. By day, the traditional ‘High Tea’* will be complemented with a selection of exquisite flavours, including freshly baked chocolat and vanilla scones and almond macarons with raspberry and Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial ganache. By night, ‘Le Thé du Soir’* offers a unique evening tea experience, offering dishes such as mini steak tartare, spiced crispy calamari, and pomegranate and apple salad and can also be enjoyed in our al fresco courtyard. Both dining experiences will be accompanied by Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, with our compliments.
From 18th June, At The Hampshire Lounge Bar will be open from 12pm -11pm daily, offering à la carte dining from 12pm-10.00pm featuring multiple Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial inspired dishes, such as steak tartare, served with rye crisp and desserts such as La Spécialité, a black cardamom ice cream, star anise crème Anglaise and walnut crumble with a warm sauce au chocolat. ‘High Tea’ with a contemporary twist will be served from 12pm-5pm and ‘Le Thé du Soir’ will be served from 6pm-10pm Monday-Sunday – the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon or evening this summer!

This three-month residency held At The Hampshire Lounge Bar is situated in the heart of London’s bustling theatre district and only a few minutes’ walk from Covent Garden. The pop-up is the hotel group’s latest development in its growing food and beverage portfolio which includes Leicester Square Kitchen, Monmouth Kitchen and May Fair Kitchen.
