The Fine Bedding Company is proud to have recently achieved a B Corp re-certification, improving overall B Impact Score from 84.3 in 2022 to an impressive 112.6 in 2025 – a reflection of their ongoing mission to create a better night’s sleep through responsible manufacturing and embedding sustainability into every product, all while minimising impact on people and the planet.
The British fourth-generation family business has been pioneering sustainable bedding since 1912, with its Estonian eco-factory at the heart of that mission. Founded in 2000, the factory has evolved into a leading European site for premium bedding, running entirely on 100% renewable energy, operating with zero waste, and continuously investing in energy efficiency upgrades such as air source heat pumps to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
Beyond its environmental achievements, the factory supports its local community, from donating bedding to elderly homes and nurseries to equipping local schools with sewing machines and mentoring students in sustainable manufacturing. This year, the team marked 25 years of the Estonia factory with a celebration bringing together long-standing partners, including John Lewis, to honour its people and progress.
Below a few core ranges that showcase The Fine Bedding Company’s commitment to sustainability:
The Adjustable HoneyFoam™ Pillow – £99
Designed to be the last pillow you’ll ever need, the premium HoneyFoam™ Pillow has been created to help your body and mind truly rest. Its adaptive memory foam clusters mould to your head and neck for the perfect balance of comfort and spinal alignment, whether you sleep on your front, back or side.
The adjustable hexagon shaped clusters allow you to create your ideal level of softness or support, easing tension and promoting deeper, more restorative sleep. Sustainably made with 50% lower carbon footprint vs standard foam and finished with a quilted, washable cover, it’s there to support you night after night for years to come – so you can relax, recover and wake up feeling refreshed.

A first for the UK bedding industry, this innovative bedding is designed to literally return to nature at the end of its life. Made from plant-based fibres and responsibly sourced cotton, it offers the same soft, premium feel as luxury bedding – but it naturally breaks down instead of ending up in landfill. It’s a simple switch that’s better for your sleep and for the planet.

Vegan Smartdown Cotton Bedding Collection
Sustainability and luxury go hand in hand here. Instead of using feathers or down, the bedding is created with soft fibres made from recycled plastic bottles that cleverly mimic the light, cosy feel of natural down. The outer cover is made from responsibly sourced cotton, giving it a smooth and breathable finish. It’s kind to animals, easier to wash, and helps reduce waste – all while giving you the same premium comfort as traditional bedding. It’s sleep you can really feel better about.
