LGH Hotels Management Ltd has emerged as the top winner at the prestigious VenueVerdict Awards for the fourth year running, securing four major awards for the best group and highest rated hotel.
LGH secured two Group Awards for 2019: No. 1 Large Group (for those who host 15 properties or more), and the Gold Standard Group Award, given to the hotel group with the highest number of venues achieving VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.
LGH’s Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC also won VenueVerdict’s No. 1 Hotel in the UK and Ireland as well as the No.1 Venue Overall in 2019 with the highest feedback score. The hotel features 11 fully serviced meeting rooms with the capacity to hold up to 200 conference delegates, as well as providing an onsite Meetings Director to assist with every detail from start to finish.
BVA BDRC’s VenueVerdict provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based exclusively on the meeting experience. Venues that consistently provide an excellent customer experience are awarded the ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard’ accreditation. Last year 332 competing meeting venues and hotels across the UK and Ireland were appraised, with decisions based on over 15,000 individual feedbacks.
