Pints. Camera. Action! And the winner is…..The Grapes in Abingdon

The winners of Sky’s Pints. Camera. Action! competition have been announced.

Andrew Fudge and Kylie Buckle, licensees of The Grapes in Abingdon, a high street pub with a community focus, were drawn from thousands of pubs who entered and they will now have a TV advert and advertising campaign created especially for their business.

The advert, which will centre around their pub, will be created at no cost to Andrew and Kylie. It will be shown across Sky’s channels in the run up to Easter through AdSmart from Sky, a revolutionary approach to TV advertising which levels the playing field so that businesses – whatever their shape or size – can benefit from the power and impact of TV.

With AdSmart, different adverts can be shown to different households watching the same programme. This means that pubs can advertise on national channels but to relevant audiences in their local postcode area, giving a more local and targeted approach.
