Commenting on his appointment, Shaun said: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining Black and White Hospitality, and I’m looking forward to continuing to develop the brands within the Marco Pierre White Restaurants portfolio to grow sales across the group. Our aim is to make our restaurants the first choice for leisure operators, with ambitious targets for expansion in 2017.”

Nick Taplin, CEO at Black and White Hospitality added: “The Marco Pierre White name is globally recognised and we are focused on maintaining the integrity and quality of the brands within our restaurant portfolio to support our franchisees in developing profitable businesses.

“I’m delighted to welcome Shaun to the company as we enter the next phase of growth.”
