Modern vibrant beer created in small batch using the highest quality ingredients

Brighton based Lost and Found Brewery bring you three of the hottest products in beer for AW17. Dedicated to innovation and experimentation the brewery has just moved to bigger permanent premises in Horsham, Sussex. Independently rated by leading beer app Untappd as a top 10* brewery in the UK (No. 8 – 10th August 2017)

The team split their workload into pilot brewing and creation of their high quality limited commercial releases. The brewing process is open and inclusive with all recipes printed onto the side of can. Recipes use a premium quality bespoke liquid yeast imported directly from the U.S.A.

Co-Founder Chris Angelkov, said; “Our vision for the next 6 months is about modern, vibrant beer that is small batch and innovative through our relentless creation of new recipes. Our constantly changing designs move with our beers to reflect and predict trends and drinking styles. We have broken with conventions like traditional labelling because we want to keep our beers agile while at the same time representing the very high quality ingredients that we use.”

A modern American Pale Ale with a robust malt profile and full hop hit of tropical fruit and citrus… For release 3.2 we have shaken up the recipe to showcase a different side of US hops while still very much keeping in the realm of a big, bold and hop-forward beer. First wort hopping mellows out and refines the bitterness which allows huge aroma and taste to shine through.

Crisp Maris Otter base malt is layered with kiln-roasted sweetness and colour to build the fully-charged hop schedule that follows.

Citrus and a hint of pine are paired with big tropical fruit flavours from the fantastic Ekuanot that leads this beer. Rounded off with the classic marriage of Simcoe and Mosaic in ever increasing quantities, as we head into the conditioning tanks. This is a vibrant beer that packs a punch and champions the style.

C-The Man Go30 litre KEYKEG £99.50 CASE – 330ml x 12 Cans £52.90 – 5.6%Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops are paired with premium Alphonso Mangos and Golden Naked Oats to create a juicy tropical IPA.

ABV: 5.6.%, IBUs: 44, VOLCO2: 2.8, EBC: 7.7
