Boutique spirits brand Iordanov Vodka has been announced as the official drinks sponsor of this year’s Sony Music BRIT Awards 2015 after party, taking place at SUSHISAMBA in London’s exclusive Heron Tower this evening.
The event, recognised as the most star-studded and exclusive BRITs after party, will follow the much anticipated awards ceremony at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. Whilst the guest list is a closely guarded secret, nominated Sony artists include Beyoncé, One Direction, Foo Fighters, Pharrell Williams, John Legend, George Ezra, Paloma Faith, Calvin Harris, Mark Ronson, Rita Ora and First Aid Kit.
Guests will be served bespoke Iordanov Vodka cocktails, including Lychee Martinis and Grapefruit and Raspberry Collins, using a special limited edition Union Jack product, distilled five times with 100% fine wheat and demineralized water to achieve a clean, delicate and smooth taste and a sweet aromatic finish. After the distillation process, it’s further filtered through charcoals to achieve maximum purity.
Iordanov, with its iconic bottle design featuring handcrafted crystal-encrusted skulls, is no stranger to the celebrity circuit. The brand is the best-selling premium spirit at luxury retailer Harvey Nichols and is served at some of London’s most exclusive venues including The Sanctum Hotel, OXO Tower and The ME Hotel’s Radio Rooftop Bar. It was also purchased by Sony music executives as Christmas gifts for its artists.
Founder Niko Iordanov said: “There is a nice synergy between Iordanov, which is spirited, sexy and all about the experience, and the BRIT Awards so the opportunity to sponsor the after party made perfect sense. The partnership reflects the brand’s new direction opening a narrative with the music, fashion and arts industry, and is the first in a series of exciting partnerships to be announced this year.”
Iordanov Vodka retails at £35 for 35cl, £50 for 70cl and £120 for 1.5l. UK stockists include Harvey Nichols as well as independent off licenses in the South of England.
