PUB15 announces an appetising line-up at the Taste Table

PUB15 announces its Taste Table line-up, offering operators a true flavour of the hottest trends and new products available to the on-trade. Taking place within a dedicated ‘bar styled’ feature area of the show, the Taste Table, sponsored by British Premium Meats adds to the added value seminar sessions and networking areas all designed to get the UK’s pub collective together for two packed days of brainstorming and business engagement.

The UK’s first dedicated, free-to-attend pub sector exhibition, PUB15, opens at Olympia on 18th to 19th February and will feature discussion from the leading lights within the sector along with a hand-picked selection of key industry exhibitors and suppliers.

The Taste Table will offer hands-on, practical advice, tips and tastings aimed at operators looking for fresh ideas and products to present to their customers.

Sample the trend-setting beers hot off the pumps with Simon Jackson from The Beer Academy, plus explore the world of brewing with respected brewmaster, Derek Prentice. Wine importer, producer and distributor Boutinot is on hand to help operators raise a glass to increased profits from their wines sales, exploring the latest trends in developing a wine list and the importance of conveying the knowledge of your choice amongst staff.

Premium spirits brand Sipsmith spurs the debate on cocktail culture at the bar, whilst Pig & Hay Snacks shares tips on bringing home the bacon with the sales of bar snacks. Plus premium fruit juice supplier Frobishers, along with the masters of mixology from BlackLeaf Events will offer profit-proofing tips and tricks to boost the sales of your soft drinks.
