As a brand of Cofresco Foodservice, the move marks a positive milestone within caterwrap™’s thirty-year history and reflects Cofresco’s ongoing commitment to the environment. As part of the company’s mission to improve recycling in foodservice and waste prevention, Cofresco is working towards improving the sustainability credentials of all its products and processes.
Starting from October 2024, caterwrap™’s refresh includes a new look and feel that reflects the premium quality of the professional food wrap brand, which has made it the trusted solution for chefs. The new design offers bold standout and improved on-pack messaging, making it even easier to choose the right solution for catering needs.
As part of Cofresco Foodservice’s commitment to supporting every kitchen’s sustainability journey, it was key to maintain caterwrap™’s recyclable packaging and printing using water-based inks – all helping to minimise the impact on the environment. As always, food hygiene is ensured, with a tamper-proof carton to prevent contamination.

caterwrap™’s new packaging will be rolled out from October 2024 across all lines, starting with PE Cling Film. The range also includes PVC cling film, aluminium foil, FSC-certified and compostable baking parchment, as well as FSC-certified and compostable greaseproof paper which are available in a variety of widths and length to suit any catering operation.
