St James Bar is a truly theatrical and intimate cocktail destination.
Tucked away in the heart of Sofitel London St James, the warm light, reflective antique mirror tables, and rich mohair velvet banquettes provide the perfect setting to explore the newly launched menu, A Taste of the World.
Inspired by traditional food, flavours, and ingredients from around the world, the brand-new menu will take you on an incredible journey across the globe, uncovering different dishes, traditions, and cultures along the way.
‘A Taste of the World’ features 18 unique cocktails which have been created to evoke the well-known flavours of each destination’s signature dish or ingredient, from an Old Fashioned inspired by American BBQ to a Gin Sour influenced by Greek Tzatziki.
