Pioneering home entertainment brand HOMETAINMENT launches crowdfunding campaign to facilitate international expansion.

Experiential home entertainment brand, HOMETAINMENT, opens its first round of Crowdfunding today on British crowdfunding platform Crowdcube.  

A concept born out of the pandemic, HOMETAINMENT was launched in 2021 by CoFounders Antoine Melon and Nicolas Payet, with 50 years of combined experience from prestigious roles in FMCG and hospitality companies including Soho House Group, Conran Restaurants, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. With a dual purpose of providing solutions to out of work hospitality professionals whilst simultaneously establishing a new calibre of progressive, hotel-standard entertainment services in private settings, HOMETAINMENT has curated a dynamic portfolio of 150 experiences, serving nearly 2,000 people across London since launch.   

HOMETAINMENT has recently expanded into new verticals, serving commercial, corporate (OFFICETAINMENT) and retail clients, as well as cementing prestigious concierge and hospitality partnerships including Quintessentially and The Cheval Collection.  

Following rapid initial growth, HOMETAINMENT is now preparing for phase two of development with a crowdfunding goal of between £350,000 and £600,000. “The at home entertainment sector is an established pillar for the hospitality industry and is a rapidlygrowing space. We have exciting plans for the evolution of HOMETAINMENT, including international expansion into 11 cities in Europe and the USA. We have just signed a territory reservation franchise deal for Switzerland and have our sights set on Paris and New York.  The funding will also facilitate our ambitions for digital innovation and allow us to become a data driven company.” Says Antoine Melon, Co-Founder of HOMETAINMENT.  

By 2023, HOMETAINMENT aims to have sold nearly 900 unique experiences for the London area alone, enabling the platform to develop advanced specialist knowledge of customer consumption habits, preferences and behaviours – an invaluable date-driven resource which can be monetized to large companies wanting to understand their audiences more intimately.
