The cocktail includes ingredients from Tanqueray gin and bay leaf to olive oil and Cocchi Dopo Teatro. The inspiration for the drink was taken from the knowledge that the Queen enjoys a glass of gin and dubonnet with a slice of lemon before lunch, also known as a “Gin & It”, or gin and Italian vermouth. This is a drink that’s been elevated with bay leaf and olive oil for both a satisfying bouquet and a luxurious mouthfeel.
