Horses Neck
~ Catoctin Creek

Ingredients:
– 45ml Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye Whisky
– Splash of ginger ale
– 3 dashes of lemon bitters
– Lemon twist
– 1 large ice cube
Method:
Garnish ice cube with lemon twist. Drop into an old fashioned glass. Separately, stir together rye, ginger ale, and bitters with ice. Strain and pour over prepared glass.
Sagamore Black Eyed Rye

Single Serve
Ingredients
– 45 ml Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey
– 15 ml Lime Juice
– 22 ml Blackberry Simple Syrup
– 90 ml of Ginger Beer
– Mint Leaves & Blackberries for garnish
Directions
Shake Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey, lime juice, blackberry simple syrup*, and a few mint leaves with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint sprigs and three skewered blackberries.*Blackberry Simple Syrup: Mix equal parts water, sugar, and blackberries in a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Chill overnight and strain. Need a quick fix? Muddle blackberries with pre-made simple syrup.

– 250 ml Lime Juice
– 370 ml Blackberry Simple Syrup
– 1.5 L Ginger Beer
– Mint Leaves & Blackberries for garnish
Directions
Mix Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey, ginger beer, lime juice, blackberry simple syrup*, and mint leaves into your dispenser. Once poured into individual Collins glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and three skewered blackberries individually. *Blackberry Simple Syrup: Mix 1 ½ cups each of water, sugar, and blackberries in a pot. New York Sour
~ Peerless
Ingredients:
– 60 ml of Peerless Rye
– 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
– 15ml of simple syrup
– 30 ml of a fruity red wine (Shiraz or Malbec) to float on top
Method:
Combine rye, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover, and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Gently pour ed wine over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface so wine floats on top.
