BOMBAY SAPPHIRE HAS OPENED THE DOORS TO THE BOMBAY SAPPHIRE PREMIER CRU TERRACE AT ALTO, SELFRIDGES – A CELEBRATION OF MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE AND COCKTAILS IN A STUNNING LONDON SETTING.

Bombay Sapphire is proud to announce a two-month terrace takeover at Alto by San Carlo, the award-winning rooftop bar and restaurant at the iconic Selfridges London. The Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Terrace will see the beautiful Italian-inspired venue take on a Spanish twist, inspired by the Murcian citrus in its new premium, hand-crafted gin.
The perfect spot for dinner with friends, a decedent lunch or simply enjoying a post-work tipple, the Alto terrace has been transformed into a melting pot of Spanish and Italian décor. Visitors will step out from the designated expresslift and immediately be transported by the warm yellow lighting and lemon trees to the vibrant, warmth of the Mediterranean –the perfect escape from London’s cold, winter weather.
To further immerse guests in the Mediterranean, a bespoke menu has been carefully created by the San Carlo team that incorporates the best flavours from both Italy and Spain. The dishes incorporate only the highest quality ingredients inspired by the regions, to pair perfectly with a host of delectable Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru cocktails.
The cocktail menu has been exclusively designed to celebrate the newest Bombay Sapphire gin and pay homage to the region from where the hero Fino Lemons are sourced – Murcia in the South-eastern peninsula of Spain. The cocktails showcase the delicate citrus notes in the NEW Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru gin, which is a premium expression featuring, beautiful, sustainably sourced botanicals for a delicate and balanced taste profile that offers a unique citrus foundation for a host of creative cocktails. These include a subtly sparkling Premier Cru Ultimate Collins, a sophisticated Premier Cru Spanish Negroni and a bright, citrus Premier Cru French 75 topped with champagne, making it the ideal special occasion drink to enjoy against the breath-taking backdrop of the London skyline.
