InterContinental London Park Lane has opened a new al fresco dining terrace, Number One Park Lane, offering epicurean dining options, including the finest British seafood, freshly prepared summer-inspired small plates and an array of champagne and cocktails.
With InterContinental influence at Mayfair’s most stylish address, Number One Park Lane, is perfect for dining in style into the late summer evening at one of the most prestigious postcodes in the West End. Overlooking the iconic Wellington Arch, the Number One Park Lane offers a wide variety of gastronomic offerings such as the impressive Fruit de Mer platter including half a dozen rock oysters, grilled prawns, dressed crab, langoustines, clams, mussels. Guests can also enjoy the whole or half grilled lobster.
Choose from a selection of summer small plates including delicate Devon crab cakes with saffron aioli and delicious seared tuna niçoise salads. To finish off, indulge in a range of luxurious desserts including a quintessentially British sticky toffee pudding with moreish organic milk ice cream.
With an indulgent selection of champagne, the menu also includes warm weather classics, such as Provence rosé and new world Sauvignon Blanc to sip under the British summer sunshine. An impressive array of cocktails are available including the aptly named Number One Park Lane (a honey-infused Patrón Silver tequila with Galliano topped with sweet mandarin agave syrup).
