A survey of 8,000 people conducted by Mindful Chef in May revealed that 58% of those that signed up its service during the pandemic did so in search of a healthier diet, now that both schools and offices are beginning to reopen, and the governments focus has shifted heavily towards healthy eating, busy parents need no longer worry about meal planning, food shopping or cooking multiple meals. Mindful Chef’s extended family recipe box menu includes family favourites such as pies, pastas and one-pots, with handy shortcuts and less cooking prep. With plant-based, meat or fish dish recipes, the whole family can enjoy meals together and choose from something different each week.
