LGH Hotels Management Ltd has partnered with rent24, the global operating co-working and co-living provider, to bring a new offer to 14 of their hotels across the UK.
The new co-working facilities will form part of LGH’s ongoing multi-million pound open lobby refurbishment plan, with hotels across London, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Glasgow and Oxford all set to roll out the new concept from 2020.The open lobby concept, unique to the Holiday Inn brand, has already been successfully unveiled at three LGH properties including Holiday Inn London Heathrow M4, Jct.4, Holiday Inn Brentwood and Holiday Inn Milton Keynes – Central. The open lobby concept revolutionises how guests work, meet, dine, relax and socialise by providing one cohesive space to suit their individual lifestyles. The open lobby combines the traditionally separate zones of a reception, lounge, bar and restaurant to create one relaxed and multi-faceted area with no barriers, so that guests can blend work and leisure instinctively.
“We are excited to be leading the way in the hotel sector by embracing the co-working ethos. Our collaboration with rent24 will offer our customers a new and innovative experience within our meeting spaces,” LGH states.
The allocated space will feature the latest co-working amenities as well as high speed internet and printers. “Above all, we focus on the flexibility and comfort that we would like to offer to a broad target group,” says Robert Bukvić, founder and CEO of rent24. “In addition to business travellers, both short- and long-term users will benefit from the rent24 experience and community network as well as its innovative space management technologies.”
