Halloween… dark, eerie, and full of sweet treats! And what better sweet treat to get into the festive spirit than The Petersham’s spellbinding Black Candle dessert, available in the restaurant now until the end of October.
In honour of the scariest day of the year, Head Chef Jean-Didier Gouges has crafted a bewitching Black Candle creation that promises to be unforgettable. Made with a delicious combination of vanilla cake, chocolate and hazelnut mousse, marshmallow cream and charcoal ice cream, this spooky dessert is certainly less trick, and more treat – and even comes complete with a white chocolate crafted skull to up the scare factor.
Available now until the end of October, the Black Candle is priced at £12.00 and available on the A la Carte menu Monday – Saturday for lunch and dinner and Sunday for dinner.
