GRANDE DAME HOTEL RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD WIN FOR ITS EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE AND SEAMLESS SERVICE

  Brian Hladnik, Managing Director of the Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company, is delighted to announce that The Landmark London has been named the AA Hotel of The Year London 2019 at last night’s glittering ceremony at Grosvenor House in central London.

The magnificent five-star Grande Dame hotel received the prestigious award for its seamless service and five star luxury guest experience, which provides an oasis of serenity in the heart of the capital.

One of the oldest railway hotels in London, The Landmark London was born in the romantic era of train travel. Its recent refurbishment of all guest-facing areas, including bedrooms, restaurants, bars, event spaces, the spa and the Atrium, coincides with its 120th anniversary this year. It combines the opulence and grandeur of those times with contemporary flair and five-star amenities. The impressive architecture both inside and outside the iconic building have been lit to amplify the hotel’s long-standing history and heritage.
