FIRST 100 VISITORS CAN CUSTOMISE A DELICIOUS YAAR QUARK BAR WITH TASTY TOPPINGS FOR FREE FROM 17TH – 20TH SEPTEMBER
YAAR (www.yaarbar.com), the award-winning British brand behind the UK’s first range of delicious, chilled quark bars, has partnered with popular gluten-free bakery, Beyond Bread to launch the UK’s first customisable quark bar: The YAAR Bar. The exciting new pop-up will allow visitors to decorate and personalise their own quark bar with a range of delicious toppings.
The four-day pop-up will be held at Beyond Bread Bakery in Fitzrovia from Tuesday 17th September to Friday 20th September from 11am to 3pm. Each day, the first 100 customers will receive a free YAAR bar from the range to customise with toppings that complement the core flavours.
As the YAAR bar range delivers all the goodness of dairy in a handheld snack and require absolutely no spooning, consumers will be able to customise their creations in a spoon-free environment. The YAAR bars will also be topped with Beyond Bread’s signature buttercream and the delectable creations include:
- Cloudberry YAAR bar: A creamy vanilla quark core infused with cloudberries, which are a Nordic floral superfruit, coated in caramel glaze. Topping: Cloudberry jam
- Vanilla YAAR bar: A velvety vanilla quark filling coated in smooth Belgian milk chocolate. Topping: Dark chocolate shards
- Toffee YAAR bar: Silky vanilla quark centre with a heavenly toffee glaze. Topping: Toffee sauce and pieces of organic toffee fudge
- Beyond Bread’s best-selling Red Velvet cake will also be available as a special, limited edition crumb that can be topped on all three flavours. All toppings and YAAR bars are gluten free.
Every YAAR bar is suitable for vegetarians and has no artificial colours, additives or preservatives. Following the pop-up event, consumers will be able to purchase their own YAAR bar in Sainsbury’s or on Ocado (RRP from £1 per bar).
Quark is a firm favourite in the Nordic regions of Europe. It is produced by mixing cow’s milk with natural lactic acid, creating a thick and creamy product that is rich in protein and low in sugar, with a moreish taste that is neither sweet nor sour.
