The Deltic Group, one of the UK’s leading premium late-night bar and club operators, has opened the doors to its first eden site. The opening is the first of Deltic’s three planned eden launches in Portsmouth, Manchester and Newcastle, following a £1.5m investment.
eden is Deltic’s brand-new botanical inspired all-day dining, drinking and entertainment concept. A floral wonderland, each eden will provide a playground of sensory delights for the city’s revellers. From bottomless brunches and daytime soirées to partying in paradise, eden will be a hedonistic escape offering sheer, unadulterated fun for all.
Boasting contemporary floral-themed interiors, eden transports guests to paradise through its bespoke design and features including birdcage booths, giant blossom trees and multiple vibrant club rooms. The Portsmouth venue features a waterfront terrace, offering panoramic views of the iconic Spinnaker Tower and Portsmouth’s historic dockland.
eden Portsmouth welcomed 3,000 customers through its doors on its opening weekend (5-7 July), which included entertainment from DJ and TV presenter Marvin Humes.
Deltic chief executive Peter Marks said: “eden is a ground-breaking concept for Deltic, where quality food and drink sit centre stage alongside our award-winning club expertise, offering a truly all-day experience. We have spent a great deal of time creating the concept and the botanical inspired décor does not disappoint, giving our customers a sense of paradise where they can escape the hustle and bustle of life, no matter what time of day.
“We are thrilled with the reviews from Portsmouth and are confident that we will enjoy similar success in Newcastle and Manchester, which open on 26 July and 16 August respectively.”
