The overall winner of each category will be revealed during the spectacular Institute of Hospitality Annual Dinner & Awards on the evening of 10 June 2019 at the Waldorf Hilton, Aldwych, London.
In addition, there will be a fourth award announced for an individual who has made an Outstanding Contribution to The Industry.
