The 76-bedroom Formby Hall is the first independent hotel in the north west to partner with award-winning skincare collection Made For Life Organics – offering a new range of wellness treatments and specialist Cancer Touch Therapy from June 2019.
The new partnership coincides with the appointment of Joanne Massey as Spa Manager – who joins the team from The Lowry in Manchester.
The new developments are the next phase of investment into guest facilities – following the recent £2.4m refurbishment, which saw an extension to the Leisure Suite and the addition of 14 new beautifully appointed, spacious, loft bedrooms.
Made For Life Organics is designed to nourish the body from inside and out. Named the first UK company to achieve 100% organic certification from the Soil Association, each product is made by hand in Cornwall using all natural and locally sourced herbs, flowers and oils. No nasties, just nature.
The team is also introducing Cancer Touch Therapy – a bespoke and holistic therapy especially designed for those suffering or recovering from Cancer. Which is only available at select locations nationwide, following specialist training from the Made For Life Foundation.
The Made For Life Organics wellness treatments, products and therapy will complement the hotel’s Leisure Suite offering which includes: of a 20m indoor pool, spa pool, thermal suites (including a sauna, steam room, Laconium Cabin, Rasul and Experience Showers), an extensive fitness class timetable of yoga, Les Mills, body conditioning, personal training and state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
The new treatments are available from £40, in June 2019. For further information on the spa visit:www.formbyhallgolfresort.co.uk
