Classeq, the leading British warewashing manufacturer, has introduced new upgraded LCD digital display technology to its range of standard models, further to the successful adoption of LCDs across its DUO range.
All Classeq’s entry machines will now feature, as standard, simple to use button controls with universally recognised symbols and LCD digital displays. Clear control panels will show machine operating temperatures, rinse and wash tank temperatures and chemical usage, giving operators added peace of mind in the knowledge that their machine is washing at the right (optimum) temperatures to ensure items are being sanitised effectively.
In addition, variable wash cycles provide greater flexibility to really help improve operational efficiencies across all service needs at any time of the day. Operators can choose the level of wash to suit their requirements, a quick wash for less soiled items or a longer cycle for stubborn marks or heavily soiled items, plus there is a choice of glass programme, 1.5 minute or 2 minute cycles, and three dish programmes that can operate on 2, 3, and 5 minute cycles.
By using an electronic rather than electro-mechanical operating system, the machines also have inbuilt equipment to record usage data, useful for servicing and maintenance, providing valuable feedback to service engineers on how the machine is being operated – analysis that can then be fed back to users with any recommendations on how they can operate the machines even more efficiently!
Simplicity is at the core of everything Classeq does. Simple operation of the machines is a key feature to help kitchens operate smoothly with the least complications and by staff of all levels of experience! That is not to say though that they are ‘simple’ machines in terms of performance and effectiveness – Classeq has spent many years developing warewashers which have the vital technology embedded to deliver optimum performance, but not for the sake of gadgetry or gimmick as these new models will demonstrate.
