Europa International appoints additional Account Handler to act as ‘vital link’ between the firm and its customers

Leading event furniture and panel hire firm Europa International has strengthened its team of Account Handlers with the appointment of Olivia Jenner who joins the business with immediate effect.

The customer centric family-run business, which was founded in 1961 and specialises in delivering and installing furniture packages for the events industry in the United Kingdom and further afield, announced its latest hire following one of its most successful years to date and ahead of further expansion plans in 2019.

Bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service, Jenner joins just weeks before the firm delivers as the official furniture hire supplier for Event Buyers Live 2019 – a specialist event networking event for the world’s finest live event organisers and agencies – for the 6th year running.

Based in Europa’s London warehouse, Olivia will act as a vital link between the firm and its customers – helping to understand client’s goals and ambitions, and working closely with the wider Accounts team to secure and ensure the successful delivery of all orders.

“In my previous role at a clinic in London I fine-tuned my organisational skills and became well-versed with understanding how to approach the varying requirements of each customer I encountered. I hope to transfer these skills into the Event and Furniture Hire Industry, ensuring all of Europa’s clients are as happy as can be!”
