Located on the 14th floor of the new Dorsett City hotel, Jin Bo Law offers panoramic views taking in key sights of London’s iconic skyscrapers such as the Walkie-Talkie, the Gherkin, and the Shard, alongside quintessentially London landmarks including Tower Bridge and the Thames.
Boasting modern architecture and opulent interiors, dark marble floors and glamourous golden structures contrast to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Throughout, small nods to a huge golden pineapple show the playful side of the new venue. Bringing the world-renowned ethos of Hong Kong hospitality to London’s vibrant bar scene for the first time, guests can indulge in a range of creative cocktails from the innovative Asian-inspired menu.
Carefully balancing sweet, savoury and sour flavours, ingredients such as Japanese spirit Shochu, pickled ginger and Japanese raspberries combine to make ‘Pickled Tink’, whilst ‘Spice to Meet You’ provides Chinese flavours, featuring gin and quince alongside fragrant five spice and Acacia honey. ‘Nikka-Bocker Glory’ offers a unique play on traditional Vietnamese coffee, with its sweetened condensed milk and Japanese whisky, served like a milkshake.
After soaking up the sun and views from Jin Bo Law, travellers can retire to one of Dorsett City’s stylish suites or superior rooms. All 267 bedrooms are designed and inspired with a Chinese influence teamed with British style.
