One West End restaurant is helping diners experience an Easter treat like no other

London, February 2018 – To celebrate every chocoholic’s favourite time of the year, West End restaurant Heliot Steak House, located inside The Hippodrome Casino, will be getting saucy this Easter with a brand new steak and chocolate sauce pairing menu. Forget the classic chocolate egg, this Easter will see the restaurant combine a mixture of three savoury and sweet chocolate sauces, all delicately mastered and paired with the restaurant’s selection of 28-day aged USDA prime steaks. 

Created by Executive Head Chef Ioannis Grammenos, the sauces are:

  • A white chocolate sauce mixed with truffle oil and Riesling wine
  • A golden caramel sauce with a hint of salt and brandy for those wanting both sweet and salty
  • A luxury dark chocolate sauce with port wine, for those that like something richer and more decadent.

Diners can experience all three sauces on a slider for just £4 to accompany a selection of finely cut steaks and side dishes.

The dessert menu also includes a selection of chocolate treats including the Chocolate Kahula dessert and the Charlotte dessert with its hot chocolate sauce and dulce de leche ice cream. The ultimate chocolate lover’s paradise!
