BACARDÍ sponsors the Universal Music BRIT Awards After-Party 2018

BACARDÍ is pleased to announce that it will be the official sponsor of the Universal Music BRIT Awards After-Party 2018 hosted by Soho House and BACARDÍ.

Attendees will be able to choose from four party cocktails to mark the occasion, with both BACARDÍ Carta Blanca and BACARDÍ Ocho at the heart of the menu.*

This will be the 5th time that BACARDÍ has partnered with Universal Music for the BRIT Awards After-Party.

Clover 75

30ml BACARDÍ Ocho,

20ml lemon juice

20ml raspberry syrup

Top with champagne

Garnish with an edible viola flower

Method: Put BACARDÍ Ocho, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Top with champagne and garnish with an edible viola flower.

Mojito

50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum

4 Lime wedges

12 fresh mint Leaves

2 heaped tsp caster sugar

25 ml soda water / club soda

Sprig of fresh mint

Method: Squeeze the lime wedges in the glass. Press together the limes & sugar. Add mint. Half fill the glass with crushed ice, add BACARDÍ Carta Blanca & stir. Top with crushed ice, a splash of soda, and a sprig of mint.

Ocho Old Fashioned

50 ml BACARDÍ 8 Ocho Rum

2 dashes Angostura® bitters

1 splash Water

1-2 TSP Sugar

1 Orange peel

 Method: Combine sugar, water, and Angostura Bitters®. Add half the Bacardí 8 Años along with 2-3 large ice cubes, stirring repeatedly. Pour in the second half of the rum and 2-3 more ice cubes, continuing to stir. Express the orange peel over the drink. Drop the peel into the drink to finish.

50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca

30ml lime juice

20ml pineapple syrup

2 dashes salt

Top with tonic

Garnish with a pineapple leaf

 Method: Put BACARDÍ Carta Blanca, lime juice, pineapple syrup and salt into a cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Top with tonic and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
