Black and White Hospitality has appointed Shaun Cremins as brand director to support the company’s sustained growth.
Black and White owns the franchise rights to five Marco Pierre White restaurant brands, Wheeler’s of St. James’s, Steakhouse Bar & Grill, Mr. White’s English Chophouse, Marco’s New York Italian and Bardolino Pizzeria, Bellini & Espresso Bar. The company has experienced rapid expansion over the past two years, from eight restaurants in 2014 to 32 across the UK and Northern Ireland in November 2016.
Shaun has a wealth of experience working with leading food, beverage and leisure brands alongside high street operators, including Bella Italia, Costa, Holiday Inn Hotels, Marston’s, Mitchells and Butlers and Krispy Kreme.
He joins Black and White from Wyevale Garden Centres where he headed up food and beverage acquisitions.
Commenting on his appointment, Shaun said: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining Black and White Hospitality, and I’m looking forward to continuing to develop the brands within the Marco Pierre White Restaurants portfolio to grow sales across the group. Our aim is to make our restaurants the first choice for leisure operators, with ambitious targets for expansion in 2017.”
