Gordon Howell from the BSA says, “We are delighted to have received so many entries, but where else can entrants receive written consultant feedback from trained BSA assessors acting as impartial mystery shoppers? The “BSA Cup Logos” category accreditations have been proven to increase new custom by as much as 300%. A BSA Award accreditation is a guarantee of high standards for drinks, service, comfort and value for money. We look forward to welcoming entrants and industry professionals to the Awards ceremony.”
